Taigh Anna in Back offers charming self catering accommodation, set in a fantastic position on the Isle of Lewis. We are only a short walk to the sandy beach, a harbour and open moorland, ideal for a memorable holiday in the Western Isles. The Gress river, which is situated at the bottom of the croft, is great for fresh water angling (permit required).

Approx 1 mile from the cottage there is a min-market/Post Office/filling station and Pharmacy. There is also a regular bus service from the cottage door to the town of Stornoway. Stornoway is 10-15 mins drive and there you will find shops, restaurants, bars, a leisure centre etc and an excellent golf course and club within the scenic woodlands surrounding the Lews Castle grounds.

Our delightful cottage includes 3 attractive bedrooms, which sleep up to 6 people and is the perfect place to escape from the pressure of modern life. This tastefully furnished cottage comes equipped with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

A cosy living area comes with a TV and comfortable seating, great for relaxing in after a day of sightseeing. Enjoy some cooked food in the elegant dining room. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances; kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, cooker, fridge and washing machine. The cottage is also equipped with a 'Pay as You Go' electricity meter, this is topped up with £10 credit upon arrival, the same amount is required to be left on check out. Prices start at £450 per week, however short stays are also available.
